IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Diana's Destinations, LLC acts as a sales agent for the airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary ("Suppliers"). Diana's Destinations is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.
Diana's Destinations, LLC assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions or the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Diana's Destinations' control. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider not Diana's Destinations, LLC and hereby release Diana's Destinations, LLC from all claims arising out of any problem covered herewith. Conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time.
Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be charged for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions and you will be bound by those contracts. Links to each Supplier's Terms and Conditions are provided. It is the sole responsibility of the Traveler to read through each Suppliers Terms & Conditions thoroughly.
FORCE MAJEURE: Any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Diana's Destinations, LLC (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildfire, global pandemic, or other untoward occurrences) Diana's Destinations shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. Travel Credits/Refunds are not guaranteed from suppliers affected by Force Majeure
PASSPORTS: Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). Diana's Destinations is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR!
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION: All travelers 18 years or older flying on a domestic flight must present a photo ID issued at the state or federal level, such as a driver's license, military ID or United States passport. TSA does not require travelers under the age of 18 to present photo identification when flying. The name on the airline ticket must match the name on the photo ID presented at the TSA airport checkpoint.
TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. It is the responsibility of the traveler & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to airport authorities.
PLANNING FEES: Additional fees may be assessed on a booking that involves many non-commissionable items, such as show tickets, National Parks or detailed custom itineraries. Fees will vary from $50 - $300 based on individual requests. Wedding planning fee $250 - $500. These fees are not refundable.
PLAN TO GO FEE: A Plan to Go Fee of $50 - $200 may apply for complex bookings, including trips with multiple destinations and/or multiple travel dates. This fee will be applied toward your final payment once travel is booked.
Diana's Destinations provides a complimentary initial consultation along with several trip proposals. For itineraries involving multiple dates or destinations, a planning fee may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Planning the perfect trip takes several hours of research and coordination. Please note that we are not compensated until after you travel, which is why planning fees are necessary to ensure we can continue providing the highest level of personalized service. If you find a better rate elsewhere, we encourage you to give us the opportunity to match or beat the offer whenever possible.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. A $50 per person per change fee (may be waived if package is an upgrade) will be imposed by Diana's Destinations to make any changes to your reservation.
FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment MUST be received by the due date on your invoice. Final payments are not automatically charged. Please note your calendar of this final payment date as reminders may not be sent, however we try to send reminders prior to the due date. Diana's Destinations is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after the required due date.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:All cancellations must be received in writing. Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. All reservation cancellations are subject to supplier/resort penalties. Airline tickets are non- refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees (see insurance below). In addition to supplier/resort/airline fees, Diana's Destinations charges$100 per person to cancel a trip.
AIR FEES: Air tickets booked directly though the individual airlines will incur the following fees from the agency: $50 per ticket (may be waived if hotel/cruise package is booked).
TRAVEL INSURANCE: As travel professionals, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance to ensure a worry free vacation. If you choose not to purchase an insurance package, you acknowledge and accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages and/or out–of-pocket expenses incurred. You also acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging and paying for any treatment in case of a medical emergency while traveling.
No representation or description of the insurance by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise by the insurance. We can provide you with a copy of the policy to review. Specific questions should be directed to the insurance provider.
All requests for service under the policy must be filed directly with the travel insurance provider, in accordance with the policy terms and conditions, which you the passenger are responsible for reviewing upon receipt of your travel protection policy. Diana's Destinations, LLC is not able to give advice with regard to possible cancellations and any associated claims processing. All queries regarding cancellation, penalties, coverage should be directed to your particular travel insurance provider.
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE: Cancel for Any Reason Insurance can only be purchased at the time your reservation is made; it cannot be added after the initial trip deposit is received. Your Diana's Destinations Agent will quote your insurance policy cost upon initial trip quote. Cancel for Any Reason Insurance will allow you to cancel for any reason up to the morning of departure (prior to flight departure) with full refund (minus insurance policy cost). Insurance does NOT cover items you purchase outside Diana's Destinations (i.e. airfare, tours, excursions etc). Please Note: if you initially reserve a room only package & add airfare to the package through Diana's Destinations at a later date your cancel for any reason insurance policy cost will be adjusted to accommodate the revised total trip package cost at that time. This plan does not include increased rates associated with a change in the number of individuals occupying a room. If the number of individual occupying a room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the change in the per-person occupancy rate.
ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE: Allianz Travel Insurance can be purchased at any time prior to travel, but must be purchased within 14 days of deposit in order to cover any pre-existing conditions. If you have purchased an Allianz policy, your insurance documents will be mailed directly to you. Please retain these and carry them with you when you are traveling.
MEDICAL: Please advise us of any medical requirements or physical restrictions that should be noted in your booking.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: If you want up-to-date information about traveling to foreign destinations, you may want to sign up for STEP, https://step.state.gov/stepIt is a free service where you register your trip with the program so you can be contacted in case of an emergency in country or as needed. You may also wish to consult www.travel.state.gov for travel advisories and general information. For up-to-date health advisories & vaccination requirements, consult the Center for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov/travel and consult your health care provider at least 6 weeks prior to travel.
Each traveler is responsible for obtaining the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel, and to make the necessary accommodation for security rules imposed by government authorities. Diana's Destinations, LLC shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. See your health practitioner for advice.
U.S. Citizens should be aware that countries can deny entry to foreigners if they have been charged or convicted of a serious crime.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent to you no later than ten (10) days prior to departure date. Please read through these documents immediately; misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates etc. are not the responsibility of Diana's Destinations. Included in your travel documents (if airfare is purchased through Diana's Destinations) are airline electronic ticket receipts (proof of purchase, not boarding passes or actual tickets). Boarding passes are printed at the time of check in; online with the airline directly, or at the airport when showing passport & checking in luggage. It is very important that you take your travel documents with you in addition to passports/Driver's License and a major credit card for any baggage fees that may apply.
AIRLINE BAGGAGE & SEAT FEES: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies, it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Diana's Destinations is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Occasionally airlines change flight schedules and may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond Diana's Destinations' control. If such a situation occurs, Diana's Destinations will do it's very best to assist you with finding the best possible alternate option(s). If the flight time change is minor (2 hours or less), the airline will automatically make the change (airline policies/rules entitle them to legally do so). Diana's Destinations will notify you of major changes. Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. Diana's Destinations is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure. Diana's Destinations is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of the original flight departure time.
RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS: Diana's Destinations advises you personally to reconfirm your flight schedule within 24 hours before departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your Diana's Destinations documents)
AIRLINE CHECK IN: Please check in with your airline at the airport 90 minutes before departure for Domestic Flights and 2-3 hours before departure for International Flights. Many airlines will consider you a late check-in and can cancel your seat if you do not check in at least 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Diana's Destinations cannot be held responsible should you not comply and the airline cancels your reservation, or you miss the flight.
SOUTHWEST AIRLINES: Seats are not preassigned for Southwest Airlines. All ticket holders can check-in online 24 hours prior to departure through www.southwest.com to receive a boarding position. It is recommended that you do your online check-in as close to 24 hours prior to your flight as possible to receive the best boarding position. For international travel, you must input your passport information prior to online check-in. Early Bird Check-in is available at www.southwest.com for $15-$25 per person, per flight segment. Southwest will take care of your check-in prior to departure and assign you a boarding position.
AIRPORT PARKING: Diana's Destinations has partnered with BWI Fast Park and Relax. Visit http://enrollnow.thefastpark.com/aa0884ca-79bf-410c-b244-50bb597291ae to sign up for the Frequent Parker Program. Parking for members, fast express lane exits, and continuous shuttle service to and from the airport. Reservations are recommended during busy travel periods.
RESORT CHECK IN:Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00 pm (local time). If you arrive before 3:00 pm, your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on the property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc., until you are notified that your room is ready for check-in.
DRESS CODE: ** MEN ** - Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require long pants, collared shirt, & Closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.
ROOM TYPES: Room locations and bedding types can be requested but are not guaranteed.
HONEYMOON & ANNIVERSARY TRAVELERS: You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (photo copy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your Diana's Destinations agent if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation. Typically resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.

SANDALS/BEACHES: To enhance your check-in process, please visit www.sandals.com or www.beaches.com no later than 4 days prior to travel to complete your online check-in.

ITALY TOURIST TAX: Most major areas in Italy impose a city tax payable upon check-in at your hotel.
CANADA: Please be advise, entry into Canada is solely determined by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officials in accordance with Canadian law. Anyone with a criminal record (including misdemeanors or alcohol-related driving offenses) may not be able to enter Canada without first obtaining an approval for rehabilitation well in advance of any planned travel.
